- Chicken Breast 2
- Garlic Paste 1/2 Tsp
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
- Crush Red Pepper 1/2 Tsp
- Crush Cumin 1/2 Tsp
- Vinegar 1 Tbsp
- Red Chili Garlic Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Capsicum 1 (Julienne)
- Tomato 1 (Julienne Seeds Remove)
- Onion Sliced 1
- Lettuce 2 Cups
- Cheddar Cheese Grated 3 Tbsp
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 Tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 Tsp
- Suree Salad Dressing 4 – 5 Tbsp
- Marinade chicken breast with garlic paste, salt, crushed red pepper, cumin, vinegar, and red chili garlic sauce.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and pan fry chicken breast until done. Remove from pan and cut into pieces.
- In another bowl mix together capsicum, tomato, onion, lattuce, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, sugar and suree salad dressing.
- Add in chicken pieces, toss gently and serve immediately.
Note: You can also first cut chicken into pieces then marinade and fry.
