Ingredients

  • ½ Cup French Beans
  • 3 Carrots
  • ½ Cup Cabbage
  • ¼ Cup Potato
  • ¼ Cup Broccoli
  • ¼ Cup Capsicum
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • ¼ Cup Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Pinch Black Pepper Powder

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut all the vegetables into medium size and steam them for few minutes.
  2. Shift them to salad bowl and add chopped tomatoes, green chili, salt, pepper powder and lemon juice.
  3. Mix them well and garnish them with coriander leaves.
