  • 1 Kg Fish
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 3/4 Cup Ghee Or Oil
  • 1 Cup Onion Paste
  • 2 1/2tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Paste
  • 6 Cardamom
  • 1 Inch Cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 Green Chili
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Kewra
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a large fish for korma. Carp is great for korma. Do not cut the fish into too small pieces.
  2. Add all the cooking stuff into the dish and mix well except green chillies and kewra. Heat on low heat.
  3. Almost when the water has dried up, add green chillies and kewra and heat for another half an hour in very low heat.
  4. Serve fish korma hot with tandoori rice or roti.
